Founded in 1967, RPS Triad was recently acquired by Risk Placement Services, Inc. This alliance is providing RPS Triad with resources to expand its product portfolio through program development and to identify areas for expansion away from Hawaii.

RPS Triad operates as a managing general agent for many US mainland carriers with authority to provide quoting, binding, and policy issuance services from our office. RPS Triad also acts as a broker in marketing specialty lines with most major markets.

RPS Triad is the only Hawaii member of both American Association of Managing General Agents (AAMGA) and National Association of Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO). Our active membership in these national industry organizations significantly enhances our ability to "keep in touch" with an ever-changing insurance marketplace for the benefit of our clients.

With a staff of 24 experienced professionals, RPS Triad offers a full array of property/casualty products for commercial lines, personal lines, professional liability, and specialty lines. In addition, RPS Triad provides reinsurance and program development capabilities.

Through contract relationships with more than fifty insurance companies including property binding authority from major markets, our underwriters handle approximately three thousand risks per months for our clients.
